Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We offer standard shipping across South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

USA Shipping Orders shipped to the United States are estimated to arrive within 8 business days from the date of dispatch.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International orders are estimated to arrive within 12–15 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your country and local customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Zalvyn is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
